I blend design strategy, research, and engineering to craft AI-powered experiences that are intelligent, intuitive, and built for the entire customer journey. (I’m a bit of a purple squirrel, thriving at the intersections of disciplines.) I design across interfaces, systems, and services.

My focus is the application of UX principles and methodologies to design agentic frameworks—AI systems that don’t just respond, but reason, adapt, and act on behalf of real people and other agents. I think beyond the interface to understand how people discover, interact with, and return to products over time.
